Brief introduction of bean dregs dryer :
Bean dregs (soybean curb residue) is a kind of bound water, large oil-based materials, the water of material is not easily to remove.

of dehydration dryer system for bean dregs (soybean curb residue).
The drying process of this system as below:
1.High humidity Bean dregs was dehydrated through high pressure,most of the water is lost at this way just in a minute.
2.Then the bean dregs enter into the dryer system.
3.Wet Bean dregs and the dry fresh hot air moving in the same direction under the effect of a special scraping wings (pusher plate) and dry-hot wind.
4.The drying process is a little long, the temperature is relatively low and the material is running slowly.
5.The dryer system is a downstream drying and the outlet temperature below 80°C.
6.The whole drying process can fully use the thermal energy and the bean dregs even heated so the bean dregs can have a good color, 
no burning material and low consumption.
Mechanical structure and working principle of bean dregs dryer:
Bean dregs dryer system consists as below:
1. the heat source,         2.feeding machinery,    3.rotary dryer, 
4.discharging machinery,    5.induced draft fan,     6.discharge devices, 
7.dust catcher .      8.distribution cabinet.
The wet material is put into the dryer machine after dehydration.Through the stirring of the plate which is in the roller,the material can 
disperse evenly and contact fully with the hot air in the dryer machine,thus quicken the speed of drying, heat transferring and mass transferring.
In the process of drying, the material can be sent out by the star unloading valve which is in the other end of the dryer system under the action 
of the gradient plate and the hot mass.The technological and all machinery' parameter, structure of the production line are being careful 
analysis and verified by the experiment of drying bean dregs, we fully take into account the large moisture content, high protein levels, 
big viscous and adopted a series of unique original technology to solve these problem to ensure a perfect drying results.
